LG Watch Urbane (W150) Smartwatch w/ Leather Wristband (Renewed) (Silver / Black)

This watch is beautiful. Very high quality build from the shiny metal to the leather band to the high res screen. If I didn't know it was refurbished I never could have guessed - Not a scratch on the glass or metal and an obviously brand new wristband. I've bought new things that didn't look so clean. Came with a charging cradle and cord that work perfectly.There are plenty of reviews that discuss the great features so Ill just focus on the battery and the Android Wear app on Iphone vs Android.I had a bit of a struggle with it when I first got it. I charged it up to 100% and ran the update. I have an iPhone 5 and it easily paired without any problems. I put on the watch and was playing with the different apps and soon realized that the battery was draining rapidly before my eyes. It lasted about 3 hours until it shut off out of juice. I let it charge over night and came back to it the next day. I decided to turn off the Bluetooth to see if that was the drainage culprit. After several hours the battery had dropped very little. Well one of the main reasons I bought this watch was for the notifications of texts and calls and that wasn't going to happen without Bluetooth and so I turned it back on. Sure enough the battery started draining again. When I put the watch in "always on" mode or turned the brightness way up the battery did fine - it just did not like Bluetooth. I thought it might be an iPhone issue so I reset the watch (which must be done to move from one phone to another) and paired it to my android tablet. After it had downloaded and updated a new version at least 5 times it was good to go.The app on android is sooo much better. It installed about 50 apps onto the watch, and I was able to download lots of really cool watch faces. The iphone app is a withered crippled version of android wear, with minimal faces. I like them ok but the android app lets you choose from thousands. It stayed connected to my tablet with no problems and the battery did not drain quickly. But again, I got this to use with my phone, so I once again reset the watch (lost all those cool watch faces) and paired it with my IPhone.No problem at all. Used the watch all day with it connected to my phone and it still has over 30% battery. I don't know if the watch had not actually charged properly when I first got it, or if I somehow messed up the software update, or if the phone just needed a few charges to get settled in, but it's working great and I love it. I'm ready for a phone upgrade and I just might switch to Android to get the awesome version of the android wear app over the crippled and weak iphone version. Either way, with as good as this watch looks and runs now I'm happy to use it every day. Really good for IPhone - Amazing for Android.

Works fine. It is a replacement for the identical watch that went berserk when I 'updated' the software. This one keeps telling me to do the same and I do not plan to. Fool me once.... Happy with the product as is.

First off let me say everyone loves how this thing looks, I keep having people aks if its a fossil.So lets review the refurb part first.Battery is superb, even with the screen on all day its easily able to do two days with one charge.I have a slight image burn that shows up on a plain white screen, but its barely there and the cosmetics were all perfect so no detraction there.So now a review of the watch.I have worn this all day for the past 3 weeks and I find it more confortable than my old g-shock. The included leather band is very sturdy and shows no signs of any wear.The watch is really sharp looking, if you put a classy dive watchface on it it looks like a $300 watch.Android wear works well enough. Its even possible to txt on the watch with oneplus messenger and keyboard. I will admot android wear takes a bit to figure out how you want your settings but its not impossible.There are a good number of apps and I have mever though the screen looked bad. Even woth displaying HD photos its screen still rendered sharp images.Performence is good, some times it will lag if I do to many things at once, but all in all it works much better than a similar priced moto 360 gen 1. Also no flat tyre display whoch is nice.I would say if you dont mind a g-shock this thing wont be to big for you and the power in it make it worth the money. Its really only 50 more than a cheap china special smartwatch.

The media could not be loaded.  Let me start off with, "I LOVE THIS WATCH!" It looks fantastic, has great functionality, and I love being able to do voice commands and searches without having to take my phone out of my pocket.So why only 2 stars? The charger that sent with it is garbage, it took me 5 minutes to get the watch to sit right in the cradle, then I sneezed (seriously) and had to spend another 5 minutes getting it right. I understand it's refurbished and "may" be generic and not directly from the manufacturer, but at least provide accessories that work. For me to have to spend 10 minutes trying to get the watch is the exact perfect spot, and for a sneeze (not hitting it or bumping the table it's on, though that knocks it out of place as well) to knock it out of place is ridiculous. At least test the accessories you're sending to ensure they work without issue.I'll update my review once I spend more time with the watch and ensure that it continues to work.Unfortunately, I have to downgrade my review, not due to the watches functionality or anything, but because it's not the cradle that's the problem, but the watch itself. I bought a new stand charger for the watch and it has the same problem as the cradle that comes with the watch.Watch the video (sorry about the shaky hands, can't help it) and you'll see just how much of a pain it is to get the watch situated and how easy it is to knock it out of place.

1 week later and my watch has completely stopped working. Screen black, even when I put on charger. Luckily there is a 90 day warranty, but I just might return.I was hesitant since the watch is refurbished but it looks brand new. Ordered Sarurday afternoon and received it Tuesday morning at 9am. It works great + the 90 Day warranty is reassuring. I had the LG G Watch R before this one and I love this Urbane. Will update of anything goes wrong '
