Received it Thursday . I will up date after 3 months, I'm happy to see this does not have sugars are all that mess in it like I see in other supplements. My hair has thinned out the past year. I want to see if this will thicken up the top of my head again. Amazon is good fast service.

I bought this for my husband to help with blood metabolism of fats and sugars. While it seems a little pricey for the count on the pills, the mcg count is pretty high. This, combined with chromium, is supposed to help the levels of fats in the bloodstream. It is too soon to know if it is working on the metabolism part, but I was so impressed with the pill size that I had to mention it! I have a very hard time swallowing pills, so I wanted to share the news! I've loaded a photo for folks to see. These are very small gel caps that are easy for almost anyone to take! I'm really pleased with the size vs strength. I'd definitely recommend this if for nothing else, the size of the pill!

Delivery was prompt. Packaged well. Not sure biotin works - been using it & collagen for 5 years but nails still brittle & splitting. I keep hoping.
