EDITED TO ADD: bearings absolutely gone in the new ones, not just one wheel but ALL 4 of them have the rubber shaved off and have massive amounts of play in the bearings. Total crap. Now I get to tear the dryer apart for the second time and fix what I fixed about 3 months ago. 2 months in, works like a champ, the old ones were in ROUGH shape.

This repair kit is excellent. It solved the horrible noise from my Samsung dryer and now it works like new. The parts are of great quality and the installation process was surprisingly simple. Highly recommended!

These were for a Samsung dryer and only lasted nine months before starting to squeal. I had to replace a worn out felt seal on my dryer so I decided to go ahead and get this kit which included the tensioner pulley, spring, belt, and drum roller supports. After installation there was a noticeable increase in low frequency noise, kind of like an empty plastic garbage can rolling on the driveway. Lately though a noticeable high pitched squeaking along with tortured squeals has developed. I've gone ten plus years with no noise from the original parts and not even a year with these pieces of 54it. Buyer beware. Update 1-26-25: Thank God I still had the old parts saved. I reverted back to the original parts. I did an inspection of the replacement parts while I had everything opened up. All four drum roller rubber wheels were shedding pieces of rubber. Definitely inferior quality. All four drum rollers had severe runout (play) between the steel shaft and "bronze" bearing surface. Bronze usually makes a great bearing, but it does not look like this is even a proper bronze bearing material as it does not seem to have any lubrication soaked into the bronze. The original rollers, even after ten years barely have any play in their bearing surfaces. The belt tensioner roller has similar issues with excess play as compared to the ten year old belt tensioner roller. The drum belt was also shedding excess rubber as indicated by a pile of rubber powder underneath the motor drive pulley and an unusual black rubber residue stuck to the drum. Unfortunately I will probably be taking apart the dryer sooner than later to replace this belt as I didn't save the OEM one with the rest of the other hardware. Reading into other reviews with the same issue, I cannot see how anyone would give more than 1 star unless they are a shill for this product. I would give this zero stars if possible. Again buyer beware.

I bought and installed this kit Jan 2022. One of the rear OE rollers had seized. Right off the bay these were louder then the OE rollers but considering one OE roller was $50 I’ll take a bit of noise. The reason I’m writing this review now is because I am shopping for a repair kit again. This time it was the tensioner pulley that failed, bearing came completely apart. Again, OE replacement is ridiculously expensive ($130) so I definitely think I got my moneys worth. These dryers are not difficult to take apart so if I have to do it every couple years, that’s a win in my book. I am going with a slightly spendier version this time, $35 instead of $22, we’ll see if I’m just wasting $13 or if it’s worth the little bit more money.

Bought this kit in May to replace one of the OE drum rollers from a 2016 machine which finally failed after seven years. Decided to go ahead and replace all four OE rollers instead of just the one. Big mistake. The dryer started squealing within a few days and became unusable within a two months. Two of the replacement rollers had completely come apart, separating the rubber wheel from the hub and bearing. The remaining two rollers were also binding up and not freely spinning anymore. It appears the issue is the cheap steel shaft on these aftermarket rollers. All four shafts were severely rusted, to the point the wheel bearing could no longer spin. Avoid this kit and look for another option with better reviews. This appears to be a bad batch of rollers. The belt and tensioner were never used so I can’t comment on the durability of those items.
