Is there a hole at the back where the glass shelf is for wires and such?

There is a small hole at the top right hand corner of the middle section. Wouldn't fit a plug through it so unless the wire can be disconnected from the back of your device it's pretty useless. The back board is thin right enough so would be easy enough to cut your own where required.

How dark is the grey in this unit? Thanks

Its not dark it kinda looks brownish/ grey. It goes lovely in my livingroom have tv unit sideboard and the small unit.

Does the doors have a removable clear film on them
