Secret to better sleep.
This a great product. Within 3 days i was sleeping better and longer. I lost the bloated stomach.

Haritake could be helpful but dangerous
Haritake is not for everybody. No research on its efficacy or use in humans. Received this product with great hopes bsed on the marketing hype. Soon after I started taking it, there were unusual, and uncomfortable sensations in my large colon. Felt like a perforation. Didn't tell my doctor and just stopped taking it. Sensations went away. I experienced no added benefits. I concluded that this was merely snake oil. Beware of taking substances that have not gone through human experience and rigorous scientific trials.

It works!
It is very interesting, that which I observe as to the effects of it. I have more energy, have lost some weight, there is a sense of peace in addressing challenging situations. Finally, my sleep is more restoring.

Haritaki Capsules Dietary Supplement
These Haritaki capsules contain 650 mg of haritaki powder in each. These are made from a fruit (Terminalia chebula) that grows somewhere in Asia, I believe, like in Tibet and Vietnam, for example. It is known as a Yogic superfood (according to the label) and has been revered in Ayurvedic practices for centuries for its healing and health benefits. The melon is dried , then powdered and placed into these capsules. It is known for clensing the alimentary canal; in other words, the esophagus, stomach, intestines and the colon as a whole. My use with it so far has been mainly taking one capsule at night. I find the next day that I always have to use the bathroom. In short, if you are having trouble eliminating, these pills are for you. As far as the spiritual aspects of taking these, I don’t really know too much about that. Will have to see in the future if my mediation or dreams improve with more use.
