This product is tasteless and easily combines with my coffee. I do believe it has increased my energy overall and will continue to purchase. Coconut usually upsets my stomach but I have no problem with the MCT. Love it!

This product comes in a glass bottle with a heavy fitted cushion at both the top and the bottom of the bottle. This is then placed in heavy cardboard box, which both insulates and avoids breakage. A good product, which when added to my almond milk and stirred mixes really well. I do not notice any taste as I bought the unflavored bottle.

MTC oil is one of the most reliable and healthy oils to put on salads and cook with that has no harmful additives that cause harm to my health!
