These Kitchen Shears work great. I love to Spatchcock chickens and small turkeys. It cut thru the backbones of each of the. I also use the to cut veggies and can get nice and thin. Handle is comfortable and I love the spring open feature while using and safety lock. Would purchase them again and would make a nice housewarming gift. Easy to clean, hold up well. Great value.

Very good product definitely helps out seinors quite sharp. Came in great condition. Quite sharp so be careful but veryy helpful and easy to use on various things.

Honestly one of the best purchases we have made. Spatchcocking a turkey is easy as is other kitchen chores. Very easy to clean and has stayed sharp over the process of many uses. Easy grip allows for comfortable fit while using. No rust after many washes and the design seems to protect against injury.
