A very versatile lightly smoked sausage.

Very disappointed
looked promising, but for such a big name it really was quite horrid. It tasted like what I imagine tinned dog food would taste like as it has the same texture and smell, like pâté formed into a sausage shape, very salty with a horrid mushy texture.
