Broken screw
I bought this sunglasses in August. After that I wear it only 9-10 times. After 4 months, one sunny day I attempted to use it. But realized that one screw location to hold the nose pad was loose. I tried to screw it. However, there was corrosion in screw location. First I called the Amazon customer service. They told me they can’t help me because 60 days passed after the purchase. Then I called the luxotica customer care. They told me product is under warranty and I sent the product to them. I thought that at least they can change it with another product. But they tried to fix the nose pad screw by using some other unfit screw. Fixing was not handled by professional hand. And still screw was not totally tighten. I feel bad to purchase this product. I bought because of carbon nano fiber material which I like that material. However , the way that processed the material is not a good quality and I’m sure that longevity of the product will be very serious concern.Sorry Amazon. Sorry Rayban. I don’t recommend anyone to buy this product. Don’t waste your money.
