Bought these 40 years ago and love them so much, we bought them again!
We absolutely love these Rada paring knives! We originally bought these about 40 years ago. They were instantly the most desired knife! (The smaller handle made them great for hulking strawberries!). Over time, they aged as we, uhm, dropped one on the floor and bent the tip of one of the knives. I was so very pleased to find them available on Amazon!!! They are easy to find in the drawer as they have the stainless steel colored handles and, of course, the safety cover! Our original Rada paring knives had shorter handles. They are sharp and make clean cuts. They still work as well as the ones we bought 40 years ago! I wish they sold them in a set -with one longer handle and one shorter handle.). Nevertheless, we still love these knives!!!! I would buy them again in a heartbeat!

Love these RADA knives. They are American made and the best. They are easy to sharpen. I don't like using any other kind.

Great paring knife
Great paring knife! During the summer freezing and canning season our RADA knives get a lot of use. The blades can easily be sharpened with a RADA sharpener when they start to dull.

Great knife for a lefty!
As a lefty it is hard to find ambidextrous knives but this one is the best one I have found in a long time! The weight and sharpness is just right and the blade length is my preferred length, and sharpened on both sides. So great I immediately ordered a second one!
