It works extremely well for males in the bedroom. My only advice is not to take to much at once ( cause the effects will last like 3 days). You have to find the right dosage for you. First I took like 10% of a tea spoon, it didn’t work. Then I took half a tea spoon and it worked amazing. I also tried a full tea spoon and it was to much for me. It gave me extreme erections for 3 days but it came with high pressure, headaches, ect.Bottom line: it works well, but find the right amount for you and never abuse it. Good luck!

It is legit
I had a similar product called Themra, they were and probably are the same as this one, but regardless of the brand, it does work 100%.

Sweet jam..packs a punch
It's a sweet jam and works wonders. Just be measured with a teaspoon whether in a tea or spread on crackers.
