Good quality with clear instructions and easy to assemble..

This thing is made out of something like pressed wood, so not actual wood planks. It does look nice but the material actually resembles ryvita thins. I was very careful putting this together and yet 2 pieces still cracked so I had to use extra small nails to hold it together. The instructions also don’t show that you need to put the bottom bits in first before finishing the sides, otherwise the bottom planks don’t align. I love the idea of this stand but in reality the quality is just bad. Also keep in mind that the bottom “shelf” barely gets any light and if you wants the middle or top “shelves” to be at an angle, the soil will slide. This last bit was to be expected so it’s not a design fault. As a side note - I had comments about how good it looks.

I was sceptical about this after reading the reviews because it's not a cheap item. It came quickly and was assembled easily. It's exactly how it looks in the pictures, not too big and bulky and well made and sturdy. The base boards were tight to fit and warped in the rain. I removed them and put them in the dry and they returned to shape. Had to trim a little to allow for expansion. I have treated the whole thing with linseed to weatherproof a bit more. It looks lovely filled with plants. My purpose was to plant lettuce, and herbs but was late buying so that will be next years job. All in all very pleased, only four stars because of the little bit of work I've had to do to it. Overall pleased with it.

After only three weeks outside troughs warped and bottom wood came away from screws. Wood does not appear to be weatherproof despite treating with waterproof paint prior to assembly. One third now not fit for purpose and rest looks warped and cheap. Regret buying.

The wood used for the basis of this is quite lightweight, a type of box wood, but denser than balsa. It took about 60 mins to put together. But the quality of the predrilled holes was not very good and I feel the product should really be half the price. The products logo metal sign was not central. The instructions were adequate. I appreciated the fact that the relevant bolts and washers and nuts were screwed together already. I wonder how long it will last though.
