Leaked from Day 1, and it actaully got broken by the guy who came to valet the car when he tried to turn it off enough to stop it dripping. Would not consider buying another one

I couldn't replace the washed in my old tap as the whole body had fused together. I ordered this one as I liked the look of the hose attachment which is included, and it did the job perfectly. My only minor gripe was that the included PTFE tape wasn't up to the job, and it initially dripped from the thread unless I over tightened the tap body. Once I removed and replaced the PTFE tape with higher quality tape, it's been perfect. It looks really smart, doesn't leak, and the hose connector is a good fit with my hose and doesn't leak. Very happy customer.

Water

Tap arrived day after ordering, unscrewed old tap, screwed on the new one using supplied PTFE tape. No leaks, works fine, looks better than the old one (newer). Hose fits the supplied male connecter. Can't think of anything not to like.

This looked nice on first receiving it. Connected it fine, but then it started leaking from the top after closing. Nothing could stop it. Returned asap and popped out to grab one from the hardware shop.

Looks good, feels solid, easy to install. A few months in and it’s working well.
