Heatstorm Heater, Mirror, 16x48

These panels are beautiful! Arrive in special box with perfect padding to prevent damage. They heat up quickly and can keep a room very comfortable. No danger to having it on a wall, they project heat forward. These do get hot and there is no thermostat, so I recommend you pick up a thermostat plug for these. That will enable you to control the panel based on how hot you want the space. Do some measuring before ordering, these are tall (and heavy). They plug in, but would look better in your space if you could have an electrician wire them direct, so you don't see the cord. You can order these in an array of artwork.

Good design. Some room for improvement in construction: No locking screw designed or provided to prevent this fragile fragile mirror from being lifted off the wall mount pins.Very well packaged for shipping by the manufacturer. Shipped the entire way from the manufacturer to us by Amazon. Amazon damaged shipping box in multiple locations but the heater survived nevertheless.

I got this for my home office. But I realized how great of a heater it was when we had extra guests at our house that took over my office: they had the room up to 74! I do have this paired with a temperature control outlet that I have set to turn off at 74.No problems with heat on the wall. Very happy with this purchase.

I’ve demoted the 5 star review because this thing suddenly fell off the bracket. The metal mounting bracket is secured to the glass panel with double sided tape. While the bracket was firmly secured to the wall, the panel slipped off when the glue got warm. It fell into office items right below, but the glass corners chipped pretty badly. I’m looking up customer service right now.

Our gas company jacked up prices this winter, when we were having record cold temps. I dropped our thermostat settings for the gas central heat and installed this in the living room. The room is much more comfortable and our electric usage shows a minimal change.I would love these in the bedrooms but the price has jumped up $100 since I bought mine.I put a thermostat switch outlet that keeps the temp regulated.

Awesome concept and really love the heater but it needs a thermostat or some way to adjust. It only has a on and off. And we had to rig it so it stayed firm against the wall and not rattle when removing towels.

Just what I was looking for. Doesn't work like normal heater. Warms a room gently & slowly. I put it on 3-6 hrs before going to bed, then shut off for the night,so not usingost of the time. If you haven't had a radiant before it takes awhile to get used to. Buying a seperate thermostat so it will keep even heat all the time. I don't mind a cool room, so I'll set the low pretty low. Looks great & very comfortable once it's set.
