Q: Dp theae bullet speakers have resostors pr capocatora attached? Or do you just hook up ppsotive and negative to amp?

I purchased this item and when it arrived, it didn't come with no bass blocker and one tweeter came with one mounting ring and the other tweeter came without. I wouldn't recommend this purchase.
