Great Quality and Appearance

Even after a year, retains the same amount, charges fairly quick and reliable. Just a nitpick that charging it takes slightly longer due to low intake with the type C port.

The power bank is too bulky and heavy and the charging regardless of using type C port is extremely slow. Both output ports are type A and both fast charge but I wish it had type C output port also. Performance wise its decent, charged my S23 ultra nearly 4 times

The item has great power but the only down side that type C is internal not external. It doesn’t support type c charging. Update: I left my review here and their customer service contacted me to make sure I get the best shopping experience, although it was my fault that I didn’t pay attention to this tiny detail about type c internal charging, they sent a replacement free of charge. 5 stars as appreciation for the way they handled the experience although I didn’t ask for it. Thanks again!

I brought last year to my son before he travelled to Canada for university study , I didn’t test it , it was a big fault , when he reached there and try to charge it to use , it useless and never charge even 1% charge - it’s obviously has manufacturer issues- I won’t trust this brand again - after one year now , he brought it back to me and I will throw it away - wasting money

Capacity seems OK. Only time will tell, of course. But I'm hopeful here - Anker is a brand, all my portable (awesome) speakers are from them. Charging output is very good - both the phone and the iQOS charge up pretty quickly. Now not so good: - No digital indicator. I might be weird but 4 LED dots just aren't cutting it for me... I need to know the exact number :o) - You may need to press the button to start charging... It may start on its own when you plug something in... or it may not... Bummer to wake-up and find you phone still dead but plugged into a fully charged powerbank... - No piggyback charging. Bad. In all my other powerbanks I can plug them into the wall charger and plug, say, a phone into it overnight to find both units at 100% in the morning. Not this one - you either charge it or from it. Bad.

This power bank is amazing! I used to be a uber eats deliverer and uses this daily in all weathers. Bought this power bank 4 years ago and it’s still going strong 😇😇😇

I bought this Anker Powerbank 20,000mah few days back. I am fully satisfied with the product quality and it is doing it's job perfectly. Charged this powerbank overnight and it is charging my iPhone 14 Pro Max at 15W i.e it is working as fast charger. Charged my phone in less than 1.5hrs. I will recommend everyone to buy it who are looking for a powerful powerbank from a trusted brand.

Tengo esta otra powerbank más grande que cuando hago viajes largos o me voy fuera de casa todo el día me la llevo siempre. Carga mi móvil completo más o menos 3 veces, tengo un s21 plus. Viene con su cable y tarda mucho en cargar pero porque tiene muchos miliamperios. Una de la cosas que más valoro es la calidad que tiene.

Anker si è dimostrata ancora una volta una tra le migliori marche in assoluto nella produzione di powerbank. Che dire, 20000 mah sembrano essere infiniti, non finiscono mai, la carica è rapida grazie all'ingegnosa tecnologia Power IQ sviluppata interamente da Anker. Non devo preoccuparmi in quale porta inserire il cavo per ricaricare il mio telefono perchè è il powerbank stesso a generarmi la corrente ottimale. É solido, compatto e sinceramente a mio parere non pesa poi così tanto. Sono uno studente universitario, giro sempre con lo zaino e a volte mi dimentico di averlo dentro. Mi sento di raccomandare a tutti di rispettare il voltaggio per caricare il powerbank, non capisco le recensioni negative sinceramente. Bisogna caricarlo correttamente e non prendere un qualsiasi alimentatore credendo che non faccia la differenza. Lo rovinate e poi vi autoconvincete che la colpa sia dell'apparecchio e non la vostra. BUON SENSO.
