I will say I had one bottle that the spray stopped working after like two sprays. I was able to unclog it with a needle but that was after I got back from the beach. It doesn't feel oily and is easy enough to rub in. You need to rub it in more than a chemical sunscreen but i'll take the trade off.

My family loves Blue Lizard. One of my kids has super light skin, and I take medication that makes me sensitive to the sun, so Blue Lizard has always been THE sunscreen for us. When my last bottle of spray Blue Lizard quit working before it was all gone, I was disappointed but figured it was a fluke. NOPE!!! I used this new bottle only one or two times before it quit working (as in, I sprayed one arm, and then it stopped spraying). The bottle is mostly full, but because I had it on subscribe and save, it arrived back in December, and now it's way too late to return. Blue Lizard is too expensive for me to be throwing out entire bottles. I will not purchase the sprayer again. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Awesome sunscreen! It sprays on smoothly. I like that it has a neutral non fragranced smell. I like to apply 15 minutes before sun exposure or getting in the water. I did not get burned after 80 minutes in the pool with high heat.

Best sunscreen for sensitive skin and kids that are out in the sun a lot. It does come out white so you do have to rub it in a bit. We have had the best results with this brand in all forms form 0-60.

Great product. This is the first time trying a mineral sunscreen but I have been converted as someone looking for safer alternatives. I wish it was less costly but it works well and I will continue to buy.

Works great overall. However, you have to apply a TON to not get burned, more than you would apply for another spray sunscreen in my experience. I applied double and didn’t get burned because I’m cautious, but my husband and sisters applied a normal layer before going out on the water and got absolutely toasted. Also if you don’t reapply every 2 hours EXACTLY (or 1 hour if you’re sweating or in the water) you’ll get burned. I find there’s less of a margin for error with this sunscreen Sucks because you can use the whole bottle up in a single day if you’re using it several people.

Expensive spray sunscreen in a spray container that stopped working with almost all of the sunscreen still in the container. The sunscreen never sprayed well and when it did, it did not rub in well. The sunscreen left a ring around us in the pool. The third time that we took the can to the pool, it simply did not spray despite shaking the can well (and yes, we made certain that the top was adjusted to the spray mode!). An absolute waste of money. Serves us right for being too lazy to go to the store for a recognized brand. Buyer beware.

Best sunscreen ever. Spray is a fine mist [press harder for a solid spray (I put that on back of hand & use fingers to apply to faces)]. Dries fast. Does not leave a white color once dry. Plenty of compressed air to get all of it out. 5 oz goes a surprisingly long way due to the fine mist. Locking top preveats accidental sprays.
