These are very comfortable, easy to adjust and should fit most wearers. Excellent for your Doctor Who cosplay and can be worn any day, of course. Covertible for either button or clip-on to your skinny black jeans. I would order from this company again - very good quality (I had been crossing my fingers) so would recommend them to other buyers. These suspenders are really nice looking and the material is good. It has the option to use buttons or clips, but I'm not fully sure on how to use the buttons provided so I just use the clips which are of high quality and they won't come undone after a night out. My only qualm with this item is the fact I'm a 6'4" guy and these only just fit me adjusted to the highest setting. If you're really tall or on the larger side you might want to get something made specifically for you.I bought these for my doctor who costume and they worked perfectly. I even like the little leather bits that hang off which are for the button options that I don't care to use. The color of these suspenders are exactly like they're picture. It's a nice deep burgundy color. These are very nice suspenders especially for the price.Not that it matters, but the company that makes these is called Italy, but their actually made in china. I thought I'd just clear that up.

I don't typically wear suspenders, but I purchased this for a part of a 1920's theme party. Looked good, fit well, and it seems like good quality to me.It's wider than a lot of modern suspenders which was perfect for me. It also has an option to fasten it to your pants with either clasps or buttons. Buttons would have been a better look, but I just didn't want to see buttons onto my pants so I used the clasps. Maybe one day I'll put in the extra effort so it's nice to have the option.

The color is nice, but this item is prominently labelled "Italy" when in fact it's made -- cheaply made -- in China. There's a small "Made in China" on the back. The black parts of the suspenders are the cheapest imaginable plastic. I think they're severely overpriced and I wouldn't have bought them if I'd know how shoddy they are.

This is a high-quality wide style of elastic suspenders. The ends and the connection between the straps in the back are strong leather. I use the button option, and the button loops are also nice leather. They are attractive and functional. I did have to shorten the strap in the back, which required a little sewing, but I am short-torsoed and that's expected.

Hard to get something this well made for this kind of money. Very happy with the purchase.

I purchased these for a Halloween costume (the Doctor!), and they look great--great burgundy tone, etc., etc.To be really nit-picky, I think Matt Smith's suspenders ("braces" I think the British call them) are narrower and aren't y-backed, but the excellent color and price of these suspenders ended up winning me over.This is actually my first pair of suspenders, so I can't comment too much on quality except to say: the snaps have held firmly thus far, and the suspenders are adjustable so that they're a great fit for my height (about 6 feet). All in all, I would definitely recommend these suspenders!

I got these because1) Suspenders are cool. Kind of obvious I know.2) These suspenders are a pretty sweet color.3) Decent price.They arrived on time and unharmed. They do what they are supposed to do which is hold my pants up. Adjusting them is a little difficult but not that big of a deal. They are very comfortable (much more so than the one I got at Wally world) and, if you so chose, can be buttoned instead of clipped on. They even come with nifty little white buttons. If you want burgundy suspenders for any reason you can't go wrong with these.
