This is a great brand of Bovine Gelatin. I used to use other brands and my friend told me about Perfect and now I use them for lots of food and supplement items. This is a company I feel is transparent and has good quality supplements that work and you can trust! Doesn’t have much of a smell and u am very sensitive to smells. It is easy to mix into recipes and always tastes great and works great in any recipe I’ve tried. I use this to make gelatin eggs in recipes since I am allergic to eggs and it works well! I love this gelatin so much! I got my bottle yesterday and made my favorite fruit snacks -my family loves them. It is already gone today. As you may tell, it is really tasty. I can’t wait to try my favorite pie with this product too. I was suffering from joint problem for years until I discovered Gelatin and since I have been trying to add gelatin and collagen into my diet everyday. It is a little bit tough to make fresh bone broth everyday. Also, I love to consume the fresh food, as the bone broth had to be stored in the refrigerator every time I make it.
