Lasts til sunrise. Bright. Best ever purchased.
These are still going when the sun comes up, even with rainy days. In fact, I was clearing my sidewalk after several inches of snow, and somehow some of the lights still got enough charge to work for several hours. I bought these 16 months ago, and the battery is still strong. These are the best solar lights I’ve ever purchased. I’ve purchased MANY.The lights are so much brighter than any other brand I’ve purchased, actually comparable to wired lighting. I can see them as I drive up to the house from a very long distance. Very sturdy construction, good looking and bright lighting that projects well outward for your walkway. I will be buying more for other parts of our property. Very good quality.

Good customer service
Ordered 12 lights so I received a box of 8 and another box of 4. I looked like the larger box had been tested or used as the bubble wrap was not around the lights was under them. Some water spots on lights and the solar panel lenses scuffed due to the lack of protection allowing them to rub together. I contacted seller and they promptly replaced lights and apologized that this slipped by when shipping the product. The lights themselves are nice and all worked well. I liked the warm white color versus the harsh blue/white of many cheaper LEDs, and they told me the battery will still charge if left in the sun even with the switch off. I take my lights in for the winter so I planned to top up the charge occasionally over the winter by setting outside for a day. Because they are sealed, I want to prolong the battery life.I would recommend these, though I personally would never screw them down permanently to anything since as with any of today's non-serviceable products, I know they are never going to last for more than maybe 3-5 years before LEDs or battery starts to fail. Still these are way nicer than the solar landscape lights I had bought at a big box store before where the battery is removable, yet those contacts rust and glass lenses get full of bugs. Those were much more maintenance than these sealed units...

Night lights for my deck
When I bought my house the previous owner had installed flimsy plastic solar/LED lights around the deck. I pulled it all out during the winter this year because it just kept breaking. These JACKYLED lights have proven to be the perfect replacement. They fit perfectly on the 5/4" by 6" railings and provide sufficient illumination to find my way around. That said, don't expect the screws that are packaged with the lights will be useful. I found them to be much too long to be useful, but had no trouble replacing them with dark 1 1/8" screws. That doesn't really effect my evaluation of the lights, but don't expect these lights to fit well on top of a 4"x 4" post. The screws will all fall outside the 3 3/8" square that such posts are usually sized at. But they work well on top of 6" rails and would work well on the floors of wooden docks. Expect, however, to replace the screws.

Batteries fail 15mos
I love the look of these warm lights and how durable they were, but at about 15 months, they all started failing. Not an easy or inexpensive annual replacement. :(

Extremely waterproof and durable
I installed these on a new dock build about a month ago and have been pleased with them. We got a huge rain and I was off on my measurements on the projected water level for the ramp. As you can see in the pic. These lights were fully submerged for a couple of days before I was able to fix the ramp. I figured these lights were fried and was about to order some new ones. But I was wrong. That night they all came on as usual and they have been all working great for the last two weeks after that flood event. I even used a flashlight to look inside the lights and could not see any moisture inside of them. I am very pleased so far.
