Do the black leads only carry 60V each or 120V each?

I understand it to be 120v each. It produces 240 volts but camper on pulls what it needs 120v at 50 Amp. Atleast that is the way the rv tech described all generators to me.

What gauge wires does this have?

I am not sure of the gauge wire but it works perfectly for my 50Amp 5th wheel with 2 AC units.

My Honda EM5000is is an inverter generator, but it does not have a banana plug. can i use this and change the end plugs and plug into my 220v?

If your generator has a 220v outlet it will say 220v under receptacle

Can this be used with the harbor freight inverter generator?

You can plug a inverter into it but why? Unless you are using it as a low voltage drop. And of course it has plenty of power to do what you need.
