OEM - perfect fit for Liftmaster Formula I
Used DIY video "How To Replace A Broken Chamberlain LiftMaster Garage Door Opener Belt" from Garage Door Genius on Youtube. Install was easy with just a couple screw drivers and a 1/2" wrench. Good quality part made in USA.

So easy to install
Bought this to replace the drive belt on my Chamberlain Liftmaster I, which had deteriorated to the point the cogs were crumbling and falling off. Some tips to keep in mind when purchasing/installing DIY:1) Verify the height of your garage door ahead before purchasing - some doors are 7 ft and others are 8 ft and the drive belts are different lengths.2) After removing the old belt, make sure to detach the connectors at either end and attach them to the new belt.3) It's a good idea to lay out both the old/new belts and do a side-by-side comparison to ensure the lengths are the same. That's it... super easy.

A bit pricy considering you can get a new opener for $350, but the part went on and worked great.
