i HAD USED THIS ITEM IN THE PAST BUT FOUND IT IS ALSO EXCELLENT FOR USING ON A TOE INFECTION. iT IS SUPERIOR TO USING A BANDAID AND IT STAYS ON WITH A PIECE OF CLOTH TAPE OR PLASTIC TAPE. ON A TOE INFECTION CHANGING IT DAILY IS REQUIRED AND NOTHING COULD BE SIMPLER. I USED TO USE AN APPLICATOR BUT IT IS NOT NECESSARY. JUST CUT A SECTION TWICE AS LONG AS THE FINGER OR TOE AND PLACE AROUND THE INJURED FINGER OR TOE AND TWIST IT AND MOVE THE SECTION ON THE FINGER OR TOE AND PLACE A PIECE OF CLOTH OR PLASTIC OR EVEN PAPER TAPE. NATURALLY YOU WOULD NEED TO PLACE A SMALL GUAZE PAD WITH TRIPLE ANTIBIOTIC OINTMENT ON THE GAUZE PAD FIRST. EASY TO REMOVE AND REPEAT UNTIL FULLY HEALED. ON A FOOT PLACE A WHITE SOCK OVER THE FOOT. WHEN REMOVING THE SOCK THE SURGITUBE BANDAGE MAY ALSO COME OFF BUT THIS IS DESIGNED TO BE CHANGED DAILY ANYWAY. A DAYS USE IS WHAT IT TO BE EXPECTED. OVERALL A WELCOME ADDITION TO ONES FIRST AID KIT.

This works very well and is comfortable. I had accidently purchased a different brand/kind and that was horrid. It had large gaps, snagged easily & left 'fluffys' everywhere - NOT something you want in or near your injury that you are trying to keep clean & sterile. This product does NOT do that! I was very happy when I found this as it is what they used on me at the hospital. It stretches enough where it is comfortable on your finger - even after a few layers. But for ease of use I STRONGLY suggest getting the applicator 'cage' or using something like that.

This is a fantastic tubular gauze product. The gauze material is atypical in that it stretches to fit perfectly around any size finger or toe. When stretching around a big toe, just use a longer length as the fabric naturally shortens as it is stretched wider. Easy to use.

Exactly what you need for finger covers following any kind of stitches surgery cuts anything that's been repaired and has stitches this is great to roll over the wound and protect it. Use a cut open syringe or other type of tube instead of having to pay for the applicator all you need is a tube the slide over the finger and allow it to fall down on top

I have eczema that I get on my fingers and it was a hassle trying to bandage them with regular gauze/bandages. This is a wonderful product.

I cut the tip of my finger and used this to bandage it, worked great! I suggest getting the applicator cage, however.

My husband's hand was burned in a fire and this has helped him greatly. Great price for how much we received because he uses a lot.

Nice priduct, fits over larger areas like the big toe. Would be nice if came with an applicator for such a use.
