For anyone who has hung it in their kid's room, what kind of adhesive did you use? Does it last long?

It actually comes with little double sided sticky tak. The tissue paper flowers are so lightweight that even plain tape would work.

are these fluffed when you receive them?

No they need to be tied together and then fluffed up

Do these come with strings to hang from ceiling?

Not really. It comes with a string that you tie the pom Pom with. It doesn’t leave much string left to hang it from the ceiling.
