Saphir products are the best you can get. I use several different Saphir products for all my cowboy boots and I’ve never been disappointed. I have a pair of snakeskin and teju lizard boots. The snakeskin boots were a bit dry when I bought them but some Reptan made a huge difference. My wife also has some snakeskin boots that were VERY dry when we got them and some Reptan made them look like completely different boots. It made them shine and brought out the beautiful black cherry color.

The product itself is excellent. It's the price. This LITTLE jar is over $20. By the time i conditioned all my leather goods, ,I had to invest $140 in conditioners. That'a crazy! Saphir, sell a product in which the Bottle is at least DOUBLE THE SIZE, & stop making so much profit on It!!! That Big bottle price shouldn't higher than $29. Professor Elliott R

Awesome quality! Beyond pleased.

I used this product on both my caiman and rattlesnake boots. Worked great on both. With the caiman boots I let it dry then gave a good buffing with a brush and it brought out a pretty good shine by itself. As you can see in the pic, it did darken the leather slightly but I had no problem with that. (FYI, I also used saphir neutral cream polish and wax polish on the toe box)

Easy to use for reptile boots, keeps the skins soft and supple. This is rated as the best for exotic boots and shoes to protect and condition the leather. Easy-to-use, a little goes a long way. Recommended

I bought this specifically for a genuine lizard watch strap, expecting it to work better than regular leather products. Unfortunately, it leaves obvious white residue between the scales, which is difficult to remove and makes the strap look worse. For a product made specifically for reptile leather, this is really disappointing. I would not use it again.
