My pantry will never be the same — this blend does it ALL
I bought this on a whim to make homemade gyros for a dinner party, and I genuinely had no idea it would become the most-reached-for spice in my entire cabinet. The balance is just perfect. The oregano, marjoram, and thyme hit that unmistakable Mediterranean note, the garlic adds warmth without being overpowering, and the Himalayan pink salt ties it all together without making anything taste oversalted. It smells incredible the moment you open the bag — like a Greek kitchen, not a dusty spice rack. I’ve since used it on: roasted chicken thighs, grilled pork chops, roasted potatoes, cauliflower, homemade meatballs, and mixed into Greek yogurt as a dip base. Every single time — a hit. What I also appreciate: it’s USDA Certified Organic, Whole30 approved, gluten-free, and Non-GMO. No junk, no fillers, no irradiation. Just clean, real ingredients. That matters to me and my family, and it’s rare to find a seasoning blend that checks every box and actually tastes good. If you’re on the fence: just buy it. You’ll be putting it on everything within a week.

Potatoes and chicken is a winner!
I really like the herbs in this mixture. I have a Sous Vide and I sprinkle this on my chicken, add some minced garlic (and olive oil), stick it in the bag and it makes the best tasting chicken! I also cut potatoes into French fries, coat in olive oil and sprinkle these herbs on the fries before putting them into a four hundred degree oven. Amazing!!!

Delicious & Perfect For That Gyro Flavor
I'm vegetarian, and I stir-fry up chickpeas & Greek beans with the spices. Then I just assemble a no-meat gyro. It's perfect flavor and especially added into a traditional tzatziki sauce! Yummy!

This is really good.
I love Gyros but not the calories. With this spice, I have been healthier and lower calorie versions of a gyro.
