I received this in a large package that had stiff cardboard backing the magnet calendar. It got bent in one corner…because my little one tried to peel it off the fridge right after we put it on. It's up higher now!!!It is the size it says it is, but for some reason I was expecting it to be larger. I took a photo of what I did with it today. It was easy to write on and easy to erase. But, you can't write much on one day. The liquid chalk I purchased with a chisel tip won't write small enough to place much more than what shows. The magnet is strong and the surface smooth. I am grateful to have it. Thank you.

This calendar was exactly what I was looking for. I put it on the side of my fridge and it stands out very well. I love being able to erase it each month and not have to worry about getting a new calendar each year. I never really had to worry about writing things down on a calendar, but my daughter is starting to get busier and it is harder to keep track. This fits our needs. It is just the right size for all of the different activities we need to keep track of without taking up too much space. I use chalk markers on it. They work perfectly and wipe off clean.

I do like this and I've enjoyed using it but I had a hard time finding the right markers for it. Even still the current markets I'm using are ok but not great, I wish it would come with a marker to start, I would have even been willing to pay a little more because I received it first and couldn't use it until I found the right liquid marker. I have a set of markers of a variety of colors and I have found that some colors are harder to get off then others. However, I would still recommend the product because after you find what is best for you it is a great calendar.

After reading earlier reviews I was nervous about this product .. but I also saw the note from the seller indicating they had listened to feedback and fixed their packaging. So I took a chance. This magnet calendar is perfect for the fridge! My kids are so excited to use it. The packaging was great, no bent corners, creases, or folds! I'm Glad I took a chance on this one! I also bought the markers in the "Customers who bought this also bought" and they work great! Would definitely recommend!

UPDATE: never found any markers to be seen on this product. Things could barely be seen.I was really excited to get this product, but I tried several different things to be able to write clearly on the mat but could not find anything. I tried chalk paint markers, bright dry erase, and a variety of colors, all were harder than I would personally like to see. If you don't mind a faded look this would be great, but I wanted it vibrant as the image. Great quality and will keep and will adjust the review if I find markers that work.

It’s great and went with the chalk pens that are recommended with it. The trick is to turn the pen insert inside out after shaking it for the chalk to show up on the pen. It’s been great in keeping the hubby and I synchronized and organized. It’s great that it fits on my fridge no issue and easy to wipe off. I didn’t have experience with it arriving bent, it came in great condition and is also really nice and shiny.

At the time of my purchase, the #1 rated dry erase calender magnet was about $20. Maybe it's just me, but that seems pretty steep for a magnet. I paid about $11 and change for this one. I read the reviews. I knew the company had had some issues, but it seemed like the manufacturer was listening to consumer concerns, and optimistically, I ordered. The magnet was shipped flat-- Points for that-- but they also included a bonus magnetic notepad that has left a permanent imprint in the calender magnet from their travel time together. I tried to capture this as best I could in the third attached image. It's obvious in person and catches ones eye as you walk across the room. The included magnetic notepad is thin... just a handful of pages for bulleted lists, and the back page/ front of the magnet is a common kitchen conversion chart. The calender magnet itself is lined in PINK, which is not what I wanted, or what I asked for, or what I thought I was ordering. I did see in previous reviews that this color issue has happened to other customers. The surface is a bit wavy and uneven, but is easy to write on with chalk markers, as well as erase. The glossy part stops about 1/4in prior to the bottom edge of the magnet and the exposed underside of the magnet is sticky. An alcohol pad will probably remedy this.Bottom line: The price was more appropriate than other options here, and I would have rated it 5 stars if I had just been shipped exactly the thing I wanted, in the color I wanted, without the extras. I'm here because I wanted and needed the calender itself. It's counterproductive to include extras if they damage the item for which I made the purchase in the first place. Minus one star for the color. Minus one star for the damage.

I just received this today and so far I absolutely love it! It is the perfect size to go on the fridge and sticks on flat and perfectly. The chalk markers make the writing really stand out. It looks very nice. It came on time as well and was packaged correctly. The only negative would be that there isn't a whole lot of space to write on each day, but if they made it a lot bigger, it wouldn't fit well on my more compact fridge. So basically I love this!
