It works pretty well! I got the XL? I believe lol 😅 I don’t remember but I know my thighs are big so yeh. They fit pretty well, I do tighten them a bit to prevent it from slipping, which hasn’t been a problem just yet. Anyways, I’ve worn them 2 times for over 1-2 hrs or longer and it does its job. It does its job in protecting the knee too, although, I have not done aggressive floor routines. I have had no pain whatsoever, as the thickness is pretty good. And this is specifically for dancing (I’m not a professional dancer, just fyi). One thing to keep in mind is that it has to go on the correct leg 🦵. The first time I wore it to my dance practice, I wore them correctly and it did not come off once. However, the second time I wore it, I wore them incorrectly and had to constantly fix it until I realized they were on the wrong knee/leg. So I put them on the correct knee/leg and did not have problems of it coming off repeatedly. I just wish there was a written label or something stating which one goes on which knee/leg… But yes, it is pretty good for its price!

These are decent. I use them for floorwork/dance and they provide a good amount of cushion. The only issue is that the velcro from one knee sometimes gets caught on the velcro from the other knee and they sort of undo themselves. They stay up okay otherwise (you have to adjust them a few times, but that's pretty normal).

I use them for work, stocking low shelves at grocery store can get hard on the knees. First try and they seem comfy and have enough padding. A bonus is they have a low profile look so they arent as obvious as the huge construction worker ones I was previously using.

I’m a 35 year old woman with sensitive knees. I work at a dog day care and am constantly kneeling to work with dogs and needed something for a little bit of cushion. i bought these a a few months ago and I wear these knee pads DAILY and am on my knees often working with small dogs or washing out kennels. These provide enough cushion for my sensitive knees. The grips work pretty well on my jeans and I only have to adjust them a few times throughout the day. As you can see - the Velcro gets quite a bit of dog hair stuck in it but it doesn’t seem to affect the strap from sticking and hasn’t peeled off in the middle of doing anything! Additionally, I wash them every other day in the laundry because the dog floor gets gross and they hold up really well in a wash bag in the laundry. I suggest definitely using a wash bag so the Velcro doesn’t catch your other clothing. I have NOT put them in the dryer and have air dryer only. The label peeled off of one of the knee pads but that is not something I care about. I bought a second pair of these for home projects too!
