Q: Why does the description say allow for 1-3mm error? So 10mm might arrive as 7mm or 13mm?

I don't measure them. I have not noticed any difference in the sizes of the eyes. I just pick 2 out of the bag and apply them. Never noticed any difference.

Q: It says 4 colors. Are they all black in the set? Or are they mixed colors?

This set is all black. I have enhanced with acrylic paint when I wanted color. Hope that helps! 😁
