Celltronic Stylish Women Loose Round Neck Bat-wing Sleeve Striped Irregular Dress(XXL)

I was hopeful for this dress. While I liked the material, the fit was horrible. I ordered up a size in the hopes that the neck opening would be large enough, but the neckline is nowhere near large enough to hang off a shoulder.

I wear xs or s... depending on the brand. I bought xxl in this dress and it looks great when I remove one shoulder as pictured and tie the two bottom flaps to one side. I'm using it as a cover up and it serves well for that purpose.

I ordered the XXL b/c I wanted the loose fit as shown and I knew it was Asian sizing. I'm drowning.
