RAYCOP has two different filtration systems, one is the main dust box filter, and the other is a micro HEPA filter.  The main filter is washable, and recommended to replace every 6 months if the unit is used frequently (assuming 10 minutes per day with everyday use).  The micro HEPA filter replacement cycle is recommended at one to one and a half year replacement.  However, these replacement frequencies are all depending on usage frequency and the environment. what is the difference between this and RS2 at around $290?

The RS2 is our high-performance model. It features 3 operating modes - heavy, normal and delicate and a rotating brush to help scoop up particles and hair. The LITE is our entry level model. It has 1 suction mode and doesn’t have a brush. This allows the unit to be smaller, lighter and more versatile – you can use it on fabrics you may not want a brush to run across, like clothes.

Hello, RAYCOP LITE was designed to be safe on a wide variety of fabrics. The lack of a rotating brush and the carefully calibrated suction level allow it to be used on delicate fabrics. As we have not tested it specifically on this material, we recommend trying LITE on a small, inconspicuous area first.
