Great metal headbands
These are really nice metal headbands. They are a nice width, none of them hurt my head. They are exactly what i was looking for. Highly recommend.

Best thing to know? They don’t pinch. Second? They hold well. And the design separates the hair a bit as it filters through the grooves in the band for an extra neat and tidy look.

These are unusual and GREAT
Omg, these are amazing! I wish I had them when my hair was long, but they are great for funky short hair and I am having so much fun finding different ways to adorn the different styles with beads! (I make jewelry.) Right now I’m wiring some little dangly necklaces to the up-and-down zigzag band and it makes teeny dangles for a wee, almost-tiara effect. Just enough for a wedding I will be attending with a dress that I can’t wear jewelry with! You can’t really tell in the picture…

Extremely uncomfortable—not made for thick, natural African American hair.
I bought this 6-piece metal spring hair band set hoping it would be a stylish and easy way to hold back my natural hair, but it was a total disappointment. These bands are definitely not designed for African American women or anyone with thick, coily, or high-volume hair. The metal spring coils instantly tangled and caught in my curls, making it painful to put on and even worse to take off. On top of that, the metal digs into the sides of your head almost immediately. Within just a few minutes of wearing one, it gave me a massive headache. If you have thick, natural hair, I would highly recommend skipping these. They are completely uncomfortable and just cause pain and breakage.

Comfortable and look nice.
These hold the hair very well without giving you a headache. They are quite comfortable. If you have thin fine hair the thicker bands don’t work as well. But still will hold the hair back. I think they’d last a very long time. I’d buy them again.
