Q: Can I use olive oil with this pan?

Q: How big is the actual cooking surface on the 11 inch pan? Can the spray oils be used on this pan?

We purchased the 12" pan and it's cooking surface measures 9 1/4". It truly is a great pan and we plan on purchasing more, however the cooking surface is not flat - it does slope some, so frying eggs as an example, is challenging. As for using oils, not sure it's recommended but at the same time, we've never needed to use oils. This pan is truly a non-stick pan.

Q: Some people suggest not to cook food with high acidity in aluminum cookware. Is it OK to cook with high acidity (e.g., lemon) with this product?
