Too difficult to get proper software
I ordered this because I’m a mechanic and I needed this to do some by directional tuning to my vehicle which it says it does on the post. I received the cable everything‘s fine the software CD was completely ruined so I called the tech-support or message them they responded with a link and directions which tech-support was very helpful Just I find it very strange to download the software you have to completely remove all virus protection firewall protection everything like that to supposedly download it then I can’t even access the actual download on the link because tech-support told me I still have a firewall up and virus blocker I don’t find that normal to download an automotive OBD software. After countless times asking for a new software CD still didn’t get it. Eventually I gave up and it made me feel too weird and sent this back. They need way better software installation process is than this

Works great
This cable helped turn my Jeep Liberty Diesel into a monster. It took some figuring to get the software figured out and working, but it works just fine now that I know how to work it. Just a tip, once installed, run MPPS as administrator.

If I could give it no stars
did not work. Would begin reading and take forever to get to 1% and then it would crash the program, tried different software and USB ports same result. Hope my 2nd unit I purchased isn’t junk too.
