I found this to be better value compared to tablet form also for me liquid form worked better. You can change the dose with ease as it’s just drop one drop=1000 iu. So if you need a higher dose adjustment is very easy. Also vitamin D can be taken in random dose like you could take twice a week high dose rather than taking every day. Whatever works for you. I found this to be perfect.

Very good value for money. We are using it more than year and I can recommend it to everyone

Ordered three thinking it's a good price but when recieved in early February noted less than one month best before date on all bottles thus had to return. At least make this clear on this listing, a lot of incovenience.

I gave this 5 stars for the taste as there is none, which is a bonus --- it seems to be working although the turn in the weather and more sun might have helped too...
