韓国の料理で梅エキスを使うレシピがあったので梅シロップで代用。韓国の梅エキスは梅の砂糖漬けなのでシロップで充分です。炭酸&水割りで飲料出来るし料理にも使えるて便利です。

サイダーで割って飲んだり、梅ゼリーを作ったりしました。甘くてアルコールは入っていませんが、梅酒を飲んでいるようでした。10倍希釈なので、かなりお得だと思います。リピしようかと思ったら、値段がかなり上がっていてちょっとがっかりしました。
