Bright but...
Really wanted to love these D-Lumina LED bulbs. Color temperature is great and so is the brightness. One HUGE drawback: LED position and placement.I ordered the 3156/3157 style to be installed as reverse lights. All halogen 3156/3157 bulbs have the filament orientated in a horizontal plane. So no matter how you position these D-Lumina bulbs, the LEDs aren't lining up like the original bulbs... they will always be 90° in the wrong plane! This causes huge dead spots in the light pattern. If these were for say a 9005/9006 style bulb, they'd line up perfect and I have no doubt that they'd exceed my expectations. Seems like there's not a single company out there that's taken into consideration that 3156/3157 bulbs are in this orientation and it really baffles me that such a simple thing could be overlooked. Will most likely be returning these and going back to the "LED's everywhere" style that I had before. At least the light output is more even with those.

Beware of the rubber grommets.
These are some of the brightest lights I have ever seen for reverse lights. i have been complimented and cussed out a couple of times for the brightness of these lights. They were a good thing to have for where I lived and for the fact that I am usually leaving for work before the sun ever comes up.The only issue I had was with the install. I was not fully aware that there is a rubber grommet that must be squeezed into the existing port on the back of the vehicles light unit. It took some prying but I finally got it. The first one was rough because there is not much slack on the original wiring harness for a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. It pulled the wires loose for one of my lights and I had to replace it. But overall, a very good light to get if you need it a little more bright when backing up.

Does NOT fit 2019 Ford F250 with anti-collision taillight sensors
I really wanted to like these LEDs but no matter what I did, I could not get them to fit my 2019 Ford F250 with anti-collision taillight sensors. There simply is NOT enough room for the LED heatsync. The sensor assembly barely has enough room for the backup light plug.

brighter than Lumenex ( Disel Leds)
Seriously, look no further... These are brighter than the Lumenex leds from DieselLEDs. and at half the price.

Wow! Very bright
I'm very impressed with the brightness of these LED bulbs. I originally replaced the OEM halogens with LEDs rated to produce 1650 lumen. Brighter, but still not bright enough. I installed these LEDs rated at 5600 Lumen and am very impressed and can finally see at night. This was my last effort before I went down the path of installing aux lights under my truck. Now I don't need to spend the money or time to install additional lights under the truck. Money well spent so far.
