I can already tell that this knife is going to be my go-to knife in the kitchen. It slices tomatoes to my desired thickness level effortlessly, and I slice an awful lot of tomatoes! I have been gradually building my Zwillings Twin Signature knife collection over the last year or so. In retrospect, I wish I had started my collection with this knife. A shout out to Amazon Warehouse - the product I purchased was sold as Used-Like New and that description was 100% accurate. I appreciate paying $15 less for taking the chance on a used product in like new condition with beat up packaging!

This thing is hands down the most used knife in our kitchen. German quality at its best. We've had it for years and it's still sharp and going strong. At one point we thought we'd lost it and quickly purchased another. Fortunately, we found the first one and are now the happy owners of two because we use them all the time.

Hands down this is my favorite knife of all time. I orginally found this knife at a discount store and was intrigued as the packaging indicated it was perfect for slicing tomatoes. Even though I balked at the $12 price tag I decided to try it. I was amazed to find out how much these knives retail for and have since purchased one everytime I find one less than $20.It is the perfect size and weight for everyday slicing of veggies and fruits. It will slice a tomato paper thin as well as onions and anything else you put in its path. My husband has since found a set of these in a larger more rigid size that are great as well. Henckels knives are certainly worth every penny. I recently purchased one and sent to my daughter who wanted a good knife.

My husband purchased 2 of these for me at Christmas. I have a similar one that is 20+ years old and I remarked I didn't know what I would do if I could not find a replacement. Well these are just perfect. I love a sharp serrated knife. You won't be disappointed.

I bought this for a gift. I have the exact one and use it every day. It is the perfect size, sharp and works for almost most of my needs. This brand is one of the best you can buy. I'm always satisfied.

It is fairly sharp but $50 for a lightweight knife is a bit expensive. We bought a Wusthoff knife about 25 years ago at TJ MAXX for $10 and I used that knife for everything. It just disappeared one day and I haven't found another one like it. I have a suspicion my grandchild did something with it...lol

I have only had this knife for about two weeks but I love it already. It is super sharp and does exactly what it supposed to do. It feels of great quality and I have high hopes for it
