Love me some blueberry and banana smoothies
These are great!! The flavor is perfect, not too strong, not too weak. The texture is a little grainy, but I like that about it. I am excited to try more flavors.

I did not like the taste.
I like smoothies and i followed the directions to the tee. and even added plain greek yogurt. but unfortunately, i did not like the flavor at all. i will not be buying again. i cant recommend but all depends on individual tastes.

So simple to make, just add some fruit, milk, ice and u have a delicious low calorie snack!!!!

We actually don't use these for smoothies
We make as directed and pour into "to-go" type coffee cups/with lids (the paper type not foam) and freeze. After a day and 15 seconds in the microwave, you have a very good "ice cream" treat.
