I got injured 2 months ago and have deep deep scaring, very dark in color scaring, I got instant results just 2 days of use and can already see a huge improvement in the coloring, already at least a shade or 2 lighter in color meaning the scars are fading. I can feel the cream working deep into the skin . Very happy with this product. First picture the scar was purple now it’s not. 2ed picture this foot is a lot worse in coloring haven’t seen much results but will continue use till results show.

I picked up Mederma Advanced Scar Gel hoping to minimize the damage, and I’ve had reasonably good results. The gel goes on smoothly and I used it once daily as directed. It only takes a tiny amount. I did notice some itchiness during the healing process, but I suspect that was part of the skin regenerating. The scar is still a bit darker than the surrounding skin, so I plan to follow up with a gentle bleaching formula. That said, the texture and overall appearance of the skin have definitely improved—it’s smoother and less raised. If you’re dealing with a fresh scar, this is a solid option. It’s not a miracle cure, but it does help the skin repair itself noticeably. I recommend this product.

The product was initially clear, but after about six months of use, I noticed that the gel had turned yellow and the smell had also changed, even though the expiration date is still 2 years away. I used it on a scar from a cut on my hand, but unfortunately, I did not notice any significant improvement in the appearance of the scar.

so far i have no issues with this scar treatment, it does work!!

Bought this for a facial scar my daughter has. She uses it during the day while using a different treatment overnight. Her only feedback is that it’s greasy so it's more visible on her face. The scar is still new and we're combining a couple of different remedies right now, so it's too early to say how well it works on its own, but it's decent overall.
