I love the bag, but I've had it for three weeks now, and today I picked it up, with my brand new iPad Pro 12.9 inside it, and the metal ring you clip the strap to BROKE and my bag and everything inside hit the ground. Not to mention the combination knobs are hard as heck to turn. I have to use a knife to put between the ridges to rotate them. I wasn't impressed with that. I hate that it broke, and I wish I could get a replacement piece for it.
