Well, it appears to be exactly the thing I ordered, which is always a good start. Maybe a couple things could be better, but let’s not get into the habit of nitpicking a few imperfections and spoiling a good thing. It’s exactly as advertised. I’d say the build quality is decent, but honestly with a product like this, what matters most is the content and usability. This is a self-improvement tool, after all. As long as it helps you build better habits, it’s doing its job, and from what I can see so far, it does that well. I definitely see myself buying another one when I fill this one up. My son and I are actually going to work on some habits together, and this was the perfect product I could find for that. It’s simple, practical, and easy to use. Another bonus: it was pretty cheap, about half the price of most similar products I saw. If you’re thinking about getting something like this, I’d say give it a shot. Now, just to help future buyers, I’ll mention two small issues: 1. The metal rod in the binding was bent. The thin metal rod that runs through the wire binding was slightly bent and jammed, so the binding wouldn’t spin freely. I fixed it in about 20 seconds with a pair of needle-nose pliers. It’s a thin rod, so it was easy to bend back into place. Now it works exactly as it should. Sure, you could say you shouldn’t have to do that, but sometimes machines mess up and quality control isn’t perfect. It wasn’t a big deal for me. Just something to be aware of. If it happens to you, don’t force it, just gently straighten it. Honestly, I lost maybe 20 seconds of my life fixing it. You could call that a hassle, that products should need extra steps… or you could say I participated in the final stage of the product’s creation. Now we have a relationship, and I’d only had it out of the package for 30 minutes! 2. The page contrast could be better. The print on the pages is a bit low contrast. The text is a mid dark gray, and in the “Target Goals” section it’s printed over a light gray background. That’s not the best design choice, it would definitely be easier on the eyes if the text were darker. The rainbow colors are also pretty desaturated. They look like they were meant to be vibrant but forgot to drink enough water. That said, this is mostly a cosmetic issue. It doesn’t really affect usability for me. If you have vision issues it might be slightly annoying, but otherwise it’s not a big problem. Overall: I’m very happy with the purchase and I’m excited to start filling it out. I’ll update this review once I’ve actually filled the book and need to order another, assuming I can stick with the habit tracking! In regards to size, it's small enough to pack in a backpack, but bigger than a standard notebook. I think the size is a fine design choice. For its purpose, this is absolutely a 5 out of 5 product.

Love, love, love this habit tracker. Only suggestion is that the first hanger bar came bent. Need stronger packaging. Second one came fine.

I love to set goals & write things done! This gives me a place to keep my daily goals written down & checked off. Perfect for keeping up with house chores & personal goals.

Its a pretty good journal for tracking your everyday goals

This has been one of my favorite tools to help me create healthy habits. Highly recommend! I love that I can write the month in and all the details in on my own so no page goes to waste if a month gets skipped, etc. Quality material and I love the colors.

If you’re about to click buy, do not. It’s literally a word document printed a few times. Super cheap paper. Paid $30, likely cost $1 to make and $0 for you to print a Template online.
