I messaged the company to request a heart placed next to the name. They were super quick to respond and had very good customer service. The item arrived fairly quickly, I was impressed. The rose gold color is gorgeous.My only disappointment was how shallow the engraving was done. I was hoping for deeper letters, so that you could see it more clearly. Also, the letters aren't as spaced apart as what the photos depict. I wish I would've gotten the chain one size smaller, but that is my own fault. Also, the necklace chain arrived knotted in the box. All in all, it is a very beautiful necklace for the price you give!

I ordered the Rose Gold color and it’s beautiful. it goes with so much. if you like the example picture with “Marie” and the spacing with the letters kind of far apart. you do have to manually type it in spaced out. like “m a r i e” . it will look exactlyhow you order it

I’m happy with the quality of this necklace. We gave it to our daughter for a birthday present. She loved it and immediately put it on. For the price the quality is very good. I was concerned about the quality of the engraving but it’s really nice.

So I really like the timely fashion that the necklace arrived. And the fact that the necklace arrived with what I wanted on it. I was rather disappointed that I wasn't able to find the place to make special requests like it said in the answered questions, nor could i find the place to request the length of the chain. Also, I wasn't sure on how to insert a heart when personalizing the product.
