I had this projector for a little over a yearand barley used it..it worked great for a while and all of a sudden there was a blue hue light beaming on my screen andI tried to troubleshoot the problem and nothing worked so I contacted customer support they promised me that they would send me a replacement projector sent me a screenshot without a tracking number of it being sent to my address and the exact delivery date it would arrive to my house and it has been 4 days past since my delivery date and I have not received the replacement and when I tried to contact customer support and ask for a tracking number I have gotten no response. I would not recommend this product your projector will not last long and you will have issues with customer support.Update the company sent me an updated version and it was a issue with shipping that was not the company fault. However it does take a few days for a response but they do stand by their product and rectify any problems and make sure the customer is satisfied. I will purchase from this company again.

Not of good quality

Purchased this projector hoping to get a decent projector for a good price. While my expectations were hopeful, it was another let down. The video looks decent if the video being displayed is simple and doesn't have a lot of gamma correction in it (think shadow gradients in a murky scene), but otherwise the picture is less than stellar. Now this is all presuming you can actually get the video to work in the fist place. This projector isn't one that can be used for playing any copy protected video. If you Miracast from an iPhone or iPad or other Apple device, the project will have sound, but no video on certain apps like Netflix and Hulu. You can see the menu, but attempting to play it, the video will be blank. However, from Disney+, you at least get a warning that states the projector doesn't support HDCP protocol, so it won't work.If you switch over to Android, using either Miracast or HDMI input, the video works. Using HDMI input is better than Miracast. Using Miracast, there are frequent pauses and delays in the audio, which does play thru the projector's speakers though. If you have a good phone with good speakers, this would be the better way to use this projector.I did not test this device using a Windows based computer or from a gaming console, but if they are comparable to Apple in its digital media protection, then I don't expect the projector to work playing protected movies, though video games might work.Finally, the fan is pretty noisy (around 50 decibels), which can be pretty annoying if you are using the projectors speakers and trying to listen to some quiet dialog. I would hope that manufacturers would put a quieter fan in these units to make them more friendly and easier to use. The audio on the projector can be turned up pretty loud, but you run into speaker "clipping" at anything above a level 75 on the audio controls. The projector is capable of connecting to Bluetooth speakers as well as USB, so it is possible to play video with some decent audio if you have it.Overall, it's a good projector with some excellent capabilities. However, with the lack of HDCP support and loud fan, it's not something worth 5 stars.
