Does gps tracking convert to steps, such as if i'm walking with a stroller and my arm doesn't swing?

My steps are not counted when pushing a 🛒 cart or anything else. They won’t count if carrying something and your arm is not moving. You can however sync your cell📱 phone if you have it with you that tracks ur steps.

If you don't get the premium what tracking items do it handle?

There are a large number to select from which you access on your PC Apt

Does fitbit honor amazon's 3-year protection plan by asurion llc or is the warranty/repairs offered dealt through amazon alone?

Fitbit will likely have it's own manufacturer warranties. These will likely be expressed in a folded paper inside the device box. The asurion warranty is an extended, separately purchased warranty that is handled strictly through the asurion company. If you have to make a claim through asurion they will take the necessary steps to fulfill your warranty.
