This is my new favorite filament. The glow is somewhat weak, which might be because I printed with less material, but it looks good enough in the light to more than make up for that. No issues with adhesion or breaking, supports came off nicely. I have used the other Amolen glow filaments and this has a much better texture in my opinion. I recommend using a more organic infill pattern rather than the geometric ones as this material is translucent. Example photo was printed at the max recommended speed, 2 shells, 5% infill, 200°, with raft on an Ender 3 pro

I've got about 20 rolls of Amolen filament and genuinely like most of them and would buy more of them even after this experience. I bought this because I love glow filament in general and am a huge fan of anything that glows in the dark. The images shown on Amazon made the Starry Sky glowing filament look amazing and different from all of my other glowing filament because of how it lights up in speckles when it glows. However... I'm not sure if I got a dud roll or if the way this filament is supposed to glow is just a lie. I printed 2 things with this stuff to ensure I had a shape that had the best chance to glow. I charged them up a LOT (including with direct sunlight) and then went to a room with no windows to check them out in almost absolute darkness. Just nothing at all. I used a high power LED flashlight for an extended period of time and managed to get a small spot to have a few dim speckles but nothing even close to the pictures on Amazon. The printing quality was fine, the color and shininess of the filament when printed were also fine. I'm just very disappointed by the total lack of nifty glowy bits.

I've been printing with Amolen since I started 3D printing. Its one of my favorite brands. Dark Starr Night just continues that love. I've used several brands of this kind of filament before and Amolen's has been the best. Better glow, better density, and less clogging. Outside some clogs which were more settings related over filament issues, every print has been perfect. Amolen is pricey but its worth the price for quality.

No glow what so ever and it looks gray and not green I used recommended heat and nozzle and made sure mine was clean not a huge fan of it but I think 3 stars is fair not gonna buy it again for awhile

The filament printed fine, and the color isn’t bad. Overall I like the brand, but this particular filament does not seem to glow for very long. In the description, it’s described as a “white/translucent” color, but the roll I received is almost black. While it does glow in the dark, it’s short very lived. Printed with 20% infill and 0.2mm layer height. For the record, I also bought a roll of their deep blue glow in the dark filament and that stuff is great. EDIT: I reached out to their support email and they were quick to respond and inform me that the color is as expected. I appreciated their quick turn around with their replies.

So this is a temporary review as I've started a return on this item and am going to wait to see if maybe I just got a defective roll. Mine does not glow, and is not shiny or sparkly at all. It prints very stringy even after drying. I will update when my new roll arrives if the next one is better.

I was a bit skeptical because the bag it came it wasn't completely vacuum sealed but first print came out flawless.

This filament looks super cool, I recommend getting a UV flashlight to “super charge” the filament to make them super bright. The filament feels great, looks great, and is pretty durable and doesn’t break super easy.

Qualità nella norma, ma non glow come descrizione

Ich empfehle für's drucken mindestens eine Ø 0,6mm Nozzle. Hatte mit einer Ø 0.4mm mehrmals ne verstopfte Düse. Manche der Leucht-Partikel sind wohl etwas größer... Leucht-Effekt ist bei vorheriger Bestrahlung mit Sonnen- oder UV Licht besonders gut zu sehen. Insgesamt ist das Filament ganz ok. Hatte schon anderes Leucht-Filament, welches im Vergleich zu diesem, sehr brüchig war...

He imprimido varías piezas y por mucho que estén todo el día a la luz del sol no se aprecia ningún brillo, del resto el pla funciona como debe una pena lo del brillo porque yo lo compre por ese motivo

No brilla tanto y ni se ve como en las fotos, a menos que siempre esté iluminado con luz UV.

The filement prints fine the end product on different printers is greyish brown and it does not glow in the dark
