Doesn’t even come with an instruction manual
I absolutely regret buying this 8 in 1 heat press. I’ve spent days doing my research on trying to find a company brand that wouldn’t disappoint you with your purchase see as to I knew I was going to end up spending $200 + on a machine. I was super excited about making purchase with this company. I couldn’t wait for it to finally arrive. My package ended up having a delay and I received it kinda late and once I unboxed it and plugged it i noticed a burning smell right away and I look over at my machine and see it starting to smoke up a little so I hurry up and turned it off. I go to look inside of the box for the instructions manual that I “Assumed “ would be in there but there wasn’t any instruction manual in there So off top I was instantly mad that I was going have to go outta my way to do some research on on how to use the heat control box and the crazy thing is I’ve spent the past 3 days searching on the internet and on YouTube on how to use this thing and I honestly didn’t really find much of any information about this heat press machine. The thing that upsets me most about this is I literally spend over $200 on this machine and you mean to tell me that it’s to much for this company to go outta their way to print out a user guide or they couldn’t even give a YouTube link to watch on how to function the heat press? All I have to say is that I DO NOT recommend for anyone to invest their money into this company brand.

Good for someone starting out
Im new to pressing anything so still workin out kinks now i know i would have paid more attention to the attatchments and spent money on the attatchments i could use because seriously who needs 4 different mug press attatchments...also the plate size is small it barely fit a large tshirt...its a nice piece of equipment but ill be upgrading soon im sure

Broken Again
I had this press for 10 months and it broke. I contacted the company they replaced it with a new one in November 2022 fast forward to April 2023. The new one did the same thing and the company claims it will not fix the new one because it was under the first warranty of the first machine. Whatever you do do not buy this product.

Melted and caught on fire
The media could not be loaded. I bought this because it was reasonably priced and I loved it when I used it to make shirts but I got it out today to make a cup and it melted and caught on fire 🔥

Heat press controller defective
Heat press controller is junk. Has stopped functioning after minimal use. Bought in March 31, 2021. Have contacted Amazon and Seller. Jumping thru hopes and given run around. Simple: Replace defective controller would be great or money back
