Can Jackson Galaxy EX Stain & Odor Eliminator remove old stains?

To fight old stains, spray the affected area and let it sit for a while longer than usual (1-2 minutes) before blotting.

Is it safe for hardwood floors? Can it be used on upholstery? Does it work on carpet?

Yes, yes, yes! Jackson Galaxy EX Stain & Odor Eliminator is a CO2 based cleaner and features no harsh chemicals, making it safe to use on all surfaces and around children and pets.

Does this stain and odor remover have a scent?

Jackson Galaxy EX Stain & Odor Eliminator is unscented - no overbearing perfumes, harsh chemicals smells, or floral cover ups here! We believe clean should smell like nothing, especially because strong scents are not pet-friendly.

What do I recieve in my order?

An empty, reusable spray bottle and 4 tabs (2 tabs = one solution).

Why does the bottle ship empty?

Because we're trying to clean up messes, not make more! Shipping the bottle empty means no leaks in transit AND you don't have to pay for water you already have at home.
