Neat tool for making thick homemade burgers
The MiiKO Stuffed Burger Press is a pretty neat tool for making thick homemade burgers. The burgers held up well on the grill and kept their form very nicely. Before using burger press I was just flattening by hand but sometimes the burgers would fall apart on the sides. I remember my mom having something similar from when I was a kid so I figured I try this one. I like the idea of making stuffed burgers as well. Even comes with a downloadable PDF recipe book. I haven't tried the stuffed burgers yet so we will see. So far, very nice product and I like that I can just throw it into the dishwasher to ensure proper cleaning for food safety issues. When it comes to raw meat, I am extremely cautious with cleaning and sanitizing. I recommend this product.

A Really Great Invention!
I bought this for my 22-year-old son, who would not touch ground meat to make hamburgers. I had to do it. I bought this to try to trick him into making the hamburgers (he loves gadgets). He used it the next day after I bought fresh meat and commented about 3-4 times how much he liked those hamburgers he made. He made them thin, about 1/4" thick or so, and said they were really good and so much better than the ones I made. He was also trying to figure out what he could fill the burgers with--it also comes with a part that easily makes a space for filling. Well moms, it worked great. I don't have to make hamburgers anymore. Spray PAM in it first to easily release the meat. They send you papers to put between the patties so you can make all your patties at once, freeze them, then use only what you need. Way better than the store bought, ready made patties.

Great Burgers
Easy to create the base and the top. Snap to clean, stores easily. I wish it came with a physical recipe booklet. The recipes are not terribly easy for an old man to read. Good gift item.

Thank You Gift
I ordered 3 of these as thank you gifts to customers who purchased half a beef for their freezers from us. They are very sturdy and everything comes apart for easy cleaning. Our customers have been very pleased with how these work. The instructions were easy to follow and the patty papers included keep them from sticking and you don’t have as much direct contact with the meat. Very nice! Will buy more as thank you gifts to our customers.UPDATE: I made stuffed burgers with crumbled blue cheese in some and strips of cheddar cheese in others. They were delicious! This stuffed burger press was so easy to use. Be sure to put the round patty paper under the meat in the press and on top of the meat before you press down to make your burger. I still have square patty papers I purchased previously so I’ll use those up before I use the round ones included with the burger press.

a little tedious but works as advertised
I love to grill burgers. Up to now I have been using a metal burger press that can press two burgers at a time. It does not do stuffed burgers, though, and the idea of trying a press for stuffed burgers was appealing. I first saw an add for a stuffed burger press like this one on Facebook, but the price was about 1-1/2 times the price of this one. Functionally, they appeared to be pretty much the same, so I opted to purchase this one.The stuffed burger press arrives just as described in a fairly compact box that is convenient for storage. Included are the 20 papers for separating patties and a brief instruction sheet. A small press for making sliders (not stuffed, though) is provided. Everything is pretty easy to figure out once you know how to twist off the larger press to reveal the press for making the burger pocket.I purchased some fresh 80% lean ground chuck to try out the press. It takes some experimentation to determine how much ground beef to use with the press. The instructions tell you to put about 60% of your beef in the press initially to make the pocket for your stuffing. After you have added your stuffing, you use the remainder of the beef to form a cap to seal the top. I found it to be too awkward and time consuming to screw the larger press back on to press on the top, so I just flattened the beef top in my palm and then pressed it onto the top of my burger. After completing this process it is easy to push out your newly formed stuffed burger by pressing upward on the removable bottom of the press. It makes a fairly thick and uniform burger. I stacked burgers on top of each other, separated by a small sheet of waxed paper, for easy transport to the grill. Others I put in a freezer bag and placed them in the freezer for future usage. My only real criticism of this press is on many of the burgers the top did not seem to seal very well and separated from the bottom of the rest of the burger. This seemed to occur most often when the burger was stuffed pretty full, so you may have to lessen the amount of stuffing to prevent this. Also, it is pretty time consuming to create stuffed burgers using this press, although for only a small number of people it is probably not a big deal. If you are planning to make a lot of stuffed burgers, though, you will find it to be a very lengthy process. If you plan to make unstuffed burgers or sliders, which I did not do, it is a faster process since you won't be stuffing them.Overall, for the money spent, I like this burger press. It does offer some advantage over making stuffed burgers by hand in that they come out very uniform in size and thickness. For unstuffed burgers, though, my existing two burger metal press is far superior to this one.

What A Timesaver!!!
We eat a lot of hamburgers - quick and easy to fix - so buy hamburger 10 - 20 lbs. at a time. I'll make some mini-meatloafs, some browned for small hot dishes and the rest for burgers. And I would spend what seemed like an eternity scooping hamburger, forming balls, patting down to patties, etc. With this press, I simply scoop 1/2 or 1/3 c. of beef, drop into the press, push the lid down, flip it onto a small paper sheet and I'm done...takes about 15 seconds per patty! What a time saver! Product seems to be well made and was very easy to use and clean. I highly recommend.

It’s a reliable product
I guess it was because it had multiple parts, this isn’t actually a bad thing because you can have more options, I just didn’t like that fact as much as some people would. But overall this is a really good product and I wouldn’t mind giving this to someone as a gift. It really is helpful in making stuffed burgers and I still use it.
