This is a great way to get in my magnesium. The flavor is tart but mild. Easier than a pill.

I love this product, it came sealed, tastes great, and easy to incorporate into my routine. I’ve been taking it steadily for a few weeks now and I feel a real improvement in my sleep.

Had the recommended dose and went straight to the toilet! Not sure how much I’m absorbing here! I’ll try less tomorrow night …. Hopefully I sleep well!

It helps so much with constipation. I use it nightly and miss it if I don't have any.

Or for those who suffer from Ulcer symptoms, it has too much Acidity. This upsets my stomach and blotted me up very strongly!!!

I've used this product in the past but a different flavor. The lemon I just received is awful. I have to use very little water and down it to get it in me. Worst tasting supplement ever. I'll go back to the flavor I had before. Otherwise a good product I think.
